Cura Coast was tasked with managing the logistics, transportation, and on-set support for Massimo Dutti’s Urban Elegance campaign photoshoot. Over three days, our team facilitated seamless talent preparation, mobile wardrobe management, and location transitions across Chelsea, Long Island City, and the Financial District. Using innovative mobile solutions like our Wardrobe Package Sprinter and HMU Package Sprinter, we ensured every detail was handled efficiently, allowing the creative team to focus on capturing the essence of the campaign.

Cura Coast’s proactive and adaptable approach enabled Massimo Dutti’s Urban Elegance campaign to maintain its high standards of execution across three iconic NYC locations. Our mobile solutions, logistical expertise, and on-the-ground support contributed to a streamlined, efficient production that delivered stunning results, reinforcing the brand’s timeless and sophisticated image.

To ensure the success of Massimo Dutti’s Urban Elegance Campaign, Cura Coast implemented a comprehensive production support plan tailored to meet the logistical demands of a high-profile, multi-location fashion shoot in New York City.

1. Mobile Talent Preparation:

We deployed our Wardrobe Package Sprinter and HMU Package Sprinter, transforming them into mobile base camps for styling and grooming. These vehicles allowed the crew to prepare talent directly at each location, eliminating the need for off-site facilities and significantly reducing downtime.

2. Streamlined Wardrobe Management:

The Wardrobe Package Sprinter was equipped with full steaming capabilities, ample clothing racks, and secure storage. Styling was able to prep and maintain the entire collection of looks each day, ensuring every piece was pristine and ready for camera, even during quick transitions.

3. Flexible Location Logistics:

Cura Coast provided efficient transportation for crew, talent, wardrobe, and equipment between Chelsea, Long Island City, and the Financial District. To address the challenges of restricted vehicle access on Day 3, we adapted by deploying a pop-up tent setup for quick touch-ups and carrying key wardrobe items and equipment by hand to maintain schedule integrity.

4. Permitting and Compliance:

We facilitated all necessary permits for high-traffic areas, such as Wall Street and the Long Island City waterfront, ensuring the production team could focus entirely on the creative process without administrative disruptions.

5. On-Set Support:

To keep the team energized and focused, Cura Coast provided on-site refreshments, hydration stations, and portable workspaces. These elements contributed to a productive and comfortable environment for the crew and talent throughout the shoot.

6. Adaptability Under Pressure:

Our ability to pivot quickly in response to challenges, such as navigating restricted zones in the Financial District, demonstrated Cura Coast’s commitment to keeping the production on track. By anticipating potential hurdles and preparing creative solutions, we ensured that the team could execute their vision without compromise.
